Today we celebrate Veteran’s Day in America! We lift up our thanks to all service men and women who have and are paying the price for the freedom we enjoy, each and every day. Please take a moment to pause, say a prayer, and remember.
As I was pondering the meaning Veterans Day and yesterdays post: “Attitude Determines Altitude” it brought to my heart a sense of gratitude that I need to express to you today. Especially, if you have been following this Blog for a while and have actively been accomplishing the exercises along with reading the Blog.
You are a special person who is taking charge of your future and being willing to Dream. You are in your very own personal way paying honor to each and every Veteran. Just yesterday I visited with a subscriber who I am sure has half empty everything in his life. His attitude was such that no matter what – Workamping wasn’t going to work for him and the RV dealer had it in for him, and the list went on and on. He is a perfect example of how your attitude towards life will determine your altitude. In his case he will not reach his Dreams without an attitude change.
So, today as we honor our Veterans for their service and give thanks to those who paid the ultimate price so that “WE” can continue to Dream and live the life of freedom our country provides, I say thanks! I want to thank-you for having the desire, motivation, inspiration, aspiration, or whatever word fits for you. The greatest honor you can provide a Veteran is to take the freedom that they fought to provide you, and not squander it, but take it and run with it. Go for your Dreams and make them come true. When you do you truly are honoring the Veteran for the sacrifices they provided you and every other American.
