Today’s post will consist of three direct quotes from Napoleon Hills – Think and Grow Rich.

“A burning desire to be and to do is the starting point from which the dreamer must take off.  Dreams are not born of indifference, laziness, or lack of ambition.”

“There is a difference between wishing for a thing and being ready to receive it.  No one is ready for a thing until he believes he can acquire it.  The state of mind must be belief, not mere hope or wish.  Open-mindedness is essential for belief.  Closed minds do not inspire faith, courage, and belief.”

“No more effort is required to aim high in life, to demand abundance and prosperity, than is required to accept misery and poverty.”

Please ponder these three quotes over the coming days.  In the next Workamper Dreamers Blog post I will share with you a short poem that brings these thoughts all together.

Also, I will be announcing during the first week of May the schedule for the upcoming four steps to Freedom webinars.  You will want to participate in these webinars.  Make sure you have become a Workamper Dreamer subscriber by that time.  You can easily do that by visiting:  http://dreamers.workamper.com .

Over the coming weeks and months I will be personally presenting four different webinar events covering the four steps I have mentioned in an earlier post.  We will take one step at a time and spend one entire webinar event on each step.  These four steps do a very nice job of outlining the process of moving from bondage, or your current lifestyle to the Freedom of living the Workamper lifestyle, and experiencing America, one job at a time.

There are many great resources out there that will help you understand more about the psychology of making this transition in your life.  One my oldest favorites was written by Napoleon Hill coming upon 100 years ago.  The book is a classic called “Think and Grow Rich” and is a must read for anyone with a dream.  Now don’t shut me off about now, just because I mentioned a book about getting rich.  Actually when you consider the steps you have interest in of someday seeing America one job at a time, you are talking about developing a new level of abundance you don’t currently hold.

Abundance is measured by some people only in dollars, but that is so wrong in so many ways.  Each of us has the opportunity to develop a personal level of abundance that money only represents a part of during our lifetime.    Over the past two decades of working with Workampers, I have experienced and witnessed thousands of people who are living their lives to a level of abundance that money alone cannot provide.  It is truly awesome!

One of the greatest benefits I can provide for you over the coming months is to help you learn more about developing your own personal abundance.  You will want to be with us as we go through the four webinar events.

Within the next two Workamper Dreamer Blog posts I will be sharing a couple of snippets from Think and Grow Rich that I believe you will find interesting and helpful to your growth.

Until later…

P.S.  You will need at the very least be subscribed as a Workamper Dreamer.  You can easily do that by visiting:  http://dreamers.workamper.com

Each month I host an online event we call a Dreaminar.  The purpose of these events is to provide dreamers valuable information that will assist them in the development of their dream.  We invite guests to participate and provide information on various topics that we know will be of benefit to the dreamer as well as the active Workamper.

On Tuesday, April 20th Workamper News hosted a very informational Dreaminar event that is worth the money you would pay for your subscription for many years to come!

George Montgomery was our guest for this event.  George has years of experience as an income tax preparer and consultant.  You might say there are thousands of folks out there that do that sort of work.  What makes George special?  George traveled and worked as an RVer (Workamper) for many years, and understands the ins and outs of tax benefits for the Workamper.

This Dreaminar is one you are going to want to experience and I highly suggest a communication with George,  if you feel you could be doing better in the tax planning category.

You will find the recorded Dreaminar event on the Workamper Dreamers website in the Online Library.  The online library and Dreaminar series are just another example of the value you will find when you become a Workamper Dreamer subscriber and access our website.

Visit Workamper Dreamers at:  http://dreamers.workamper.com and click “Become a Dreamer” and subscribe today.  Once you do you will be opening up your dream machine to many great resources.

I want to share with you a wonderful experience this day has generated for me.  My wife Kathy Jo and some friends from here in Heber Springs had the opportunity to travel up to a small town up in the southern Ozark Mountains and visit a very dear couple by the name of Frank & Mary.  What makes this couple so special is there spirit and warmth that they exude to this very day.

I first met Frank & Mary about 15 years ago when I was hiring Workampers as the HR Director for Adventureland Park in Altoona, IA.  They became part of the large 400 strong Workamper team that we built to help run the amusement park.

They have since left the road and have fallen in love with Mt View, Arkansas and the culture and the festive lifestyle the small town provides them.  But they are some the best advocates for the Workamping lifestyle after over 15 years on the road working in many different locations and meeting thousands of new friends and acquaintances.

Today during lunch I shared with Frank & Mary about the Workamper Dreamers website and blog the volume of folks we have opting into the Inside Scoop List each day.  They were so excited to hear that we were developing educational programs to help folks learn about the lifestyle.  They talked about how they had to learn through the school of hard knocks.  They told me to share with everyone how fortunate anyone could be and the money, time, and pain that the educational information we are providing will provide someone thinking about and getting ready for the lifestyle.

It was great for me to hear how a couple with the years of experience that Frank and Mary have,  felt about the value of what we are doing and will be producing over the weeks and months to come.

With their inspiration today,  I have no reservation in saying that if you have the slightest inkling that you might like to try the Workamping lifestyle someday, you MUST get subscribed as a Workamper Dreamer.  This will provide you access to the Workamper Dreamers site and when you are ready you can activate your one year WorkamperPlus Electronic subscription that will provide you with total access to our parent site – Workamper.com.

So, don’t delay any longer.  Go to:  http://dreamers.workamper.com/ and then click the “ Become a Dreamer” tab on the left.  Read the information and then click the link that says:  CLICK HERE NOW TO START!  This will take you to the subscription page.  It will cost you a mere $37 to become a lifetime Dreamer and you will have the Bonus of a one year WorkamperPlus Electronic subscription when you are ready to become more serious.  And guess what – the one year subscription costs $37.  I am asking you to make a financial commitment, be it a small one to get dream education kick-started!

Later today I will be announcing another Bonus that beginning this week I will be providing to all Workamper Dreamers.  You will want to get subscribed so you are ready to receive the blessing!

We have finished the May/June issue of Workamper News magazine and it is now off to the printer.  As I mentioned in the last post we have been receiving a fair amount of interest in the Four Steps towards the Workamper lifestyle.  Bondage to the Freedom of the Workamper lifestyle.

We have decided to put a bit more into the training and actually develop a four part series.  It will consist of four individual online events that we will take each of the four steps and develop the various concepts and assist you in the steps you will take as you  transition through the Terror Barrier and enter the Workamping lifestyle, if you wish.

What you should understand is that these Four Steps can actually be applied to any dream that you have now or will have in the future.  You may be just mildly interested in the Workamper lifestyle at this time.  Possibly another dream is on your plate that ranks higher in your interest. You will find that each of these steps and the elements we will discuss can be applied to Your (fill in the blank) dream.

So stay tuned for more information.  We are currently making the transition to a NEW Email system that will allow us to provide you with more specific information that will meet your interests.  You will see the pages labeled with the words InfusionSoft at the bottom of the page.  The emails will be coming from Workamper News and the Workamper Dreamer program, and as you will see they are being managed and sent out through the InfusionSoft program.

If you have not opted-in to the Inside Scoop list, you need to click the following link and get your name and email address on the list so you will start receiving more guided information regarding the Workamper Dreamers and upcoming events and programs.  To get on the list,  go to:  http://dreamers.workamper.com and click the line that says:  “The Inside Scoop!  Request information about Workamping.  CLICK HERE”

Have a great day and keep dreaming!

This weekend here at Workamper News we have been experiencing an event that happens 6 times each year – Workamper News Deadline day for Employers to submit their Help Wanted ads and for Workampers to submit their Situations Wanted ads.  As we prepare to publish this coming issue of Workamper News magazine, which we do on a bi-monthly basis, I am just finishing up an article that will be in the upcoming issue.  This article is about the Four Steps between dreaming about Workamping and actively experiencing your dream.  I must admit the article turned out fairly well, and as I was finishing it up I realized that there is so much to say and share with regard to moving through these steps that I would pages upon pages to get the message out.

So you will be one of the first to know what my plans are this afternoon as I write this post.  I am going to do a four part online webinar series on the Four Steps to the Workamping lifestyle.  They will be available to all Workamper Dreamer and/or WorkamperPlus subscribers.  This event will be on a fee basis and we will ask that you be at least a Workamper Dreamer subscriber.  So if you have not subscribed at minimum as a Workamper Dreamer go to:  http://dreamers.workamper.com and click Begin the Dream and get subscribed today.

You will be seeing more about this in the coming days.  So stay tuned.  I am excited about developing this series for all of our dreamers.  The volume of dreamers continues to grow and grow and I am pleased to see how many are beginning their steps to possibly living the Workamping lifestyle in their futures.

So stay tuned!  Get subscribed if you haven’t already…

How are you doing with your dream to experience America, one job at a time?  Are you taking time to day-dream each and every day?  Actually what you are doing when you day dream is a process of visualization that is very important to the attainment of your dreams.  You may have been brought up on the knowledge base that “Seeing is Believing!”  That is not the case with your dreams and goals.  You have to believe in order to eventually see it!  This is so very important with regard to transitioning through the Terror Barrier!  This step is where many a dreamer experiences the death of their dream!  When they give up and decide that it just isn’t going to happen, and they send it to the dream graveyard…the land of should of, would of and could of!

I want to caution you, in a very delicate way, about how your friends can be a part of the Terror Barrier that can heavily impact the killing of your dream to live the Workamping lifestyle and experience America, one job at a time.  You might be thinking, Steve my friends wouldn’t do that to me!  They love me and want the best for me.  What you must realize is that many times when our friends hear us sharing about our dreams they can become jealous, or even worse, begin to experience a form of separation anxiety of losing you as a friend, and you haven’t even left yet.  So, the best way to stifle this anxiety is to discourage you, instead of encourage you to go for your dreams!  They may not even know they are doing this, and most do not do this maliciously, but it happens every day!

Have you shared your dream with a friend yet?  If so, what was their reaction?  Were they supportive?  Were they guarded?  Did they think you were NUTS?  I said earlier that this is a very delicate subject.  I am not saying to stop being friends, but to be aware of the motives that our friends may have that could make your Terror Barrier more difficult to transition through to the Freedom step.

Last time I mentioned that it is a good idea to encourage your friends and family to learn more about the lifestyle.  The more they know, the more they will understand and possibly will be less of a Terror Barrier component.  Who knows, you might even get their dream machine energized and soon be making plans to experience the lifestyle together.  It has happened before many times…it could happen to you!

Get signed up for the Next In-the Clouds event on GoToMeetting program if you have had the opportunity to do so.  The event will be Monday April 19th at 7 p.m. Central Time.  To register click:

Since this last Thursday evening, I have received many inputs regarding our first “In the Clouds Event!”  Some have asked if I would take a bit more time during the scheduled second event to expand upon breaking through the Terror Barrier.

The second “In the Clouds – Dreamer Event is scheduled for Monday, April 19th at 7 p.m. Central Daylight time.  This event is free to attend and you can register for the event by clicking the following link:  https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/767921691 .   The event will be recorded in case you cannot make it and will be available by noon on Friday on the Workamper Dreamers website.  I will take a portion of the event to expand on breaking through the Terror Barrier.

It was also asked that I group the questions so we are not repeating or attempting to answer similar questions multiple times.  I wanted to make the point last week that we are taking everyone’s questions into consideration.  This time we will group like questions and see how it goes.

When you click the above link to register you will be asked to submit your question with your registration.  Please consider what question you have before going to register and then submit your question in the appropriate location on the form.

This past event we discussed that everyone experiences four steps that they must transition through in order to experience the Workamper lifestyle.  Everyone begins in Bondage.  They then move into the Reasoning step and then they encounter the Terror Barrier,  to hopefully transition into Freedom!    We will take more time during our next event to discuss the different steps with emphasis placed upon the Terror Barrier.

The Terror Barrier as we mentioned during the first event is the “Killer of Dreams!”  It is at this point where many give up on their dreams, and the dream goes to the dream graveyard!

So join us to learn more about how you can successfully transition through these steps and enter the Freedom step.  Click this link to register today:

https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/767921691

Have you been discussing the Workamper lifestyle with your friends and family?  Invite them to register and join us.  This will help you explain what you are talking about and to allow them to further understand your dream!  This will be a helpful step for you as you work through the Terror Barrier.

Until next time.

Yesterday was an historic event.  The first ever “In the Clouds ~ Dreamer Event” was produced for 138 registrants.  The goal of this event was to assist Workamper Dreamers in understanding the steps they were going to be facing to prepare for the Workamper lifestyle.

During this event I took the first 15 minutes to visit about the four steps everyone goes through to move into their dream of experiencing the Workamper lifestyle.   We discussed the current step that most folks are in called the Bondage step.  As you begin to develop your dreams, you move onto the step of Reason.  While you are developing your knowledge base, you’re preparing to break through the Terror Barrier where many dreams are crushed.  It is at this point where you move through the barrier and into Freedom, or you don’t, and your dream dies.

During the event we discussed elements of the steps to help you understand why everyone goes through these steps as you dream about accomplishing anything.  No one is exempt – they apply to everyone!

The “In the Clouds ~ Dreamer Event” was recorded and you can view the entire event, including the answering of many great questions that were posed by the attendees.  To view the recorded event, go to:  http://dreamers.workamper.com and login to the site.  This requires at minimum of a Workamper Dreamers subscription, or an activated Workamperplus subscription.  If you have neither at this time, you can easily subscribe as a Workamper Dreamer on the Workamper Dreamers website.

Watch for future notification of the next “In the Clouds ~ Dreamer Event” coming in approximately two weeks.
